Dear East Bay Warriors Parents, Staff and Coaches:

 

East Bay Warriors will be celebrating there 10th Anniversary with a Semi Formal Banquet on Saturday, February 23, 2008 at 5:00pm  The Banquet will be held a Centennial Hall, 22292 Foothill Blvd., Hayward, CA.  Banquet tickets are $15 for adults in advance or $20 at the door (no checks will be accepted) and $10 for children (2-15yrs old).  This years Banquet will be $5.00 for all East Bay participants that includes football players, cheerleaders, board, coaches, and staff.  Tickets will be sold on a 1st come basis while they last!

(Please note:  ALL participants that will be attending need to PURCHASE a ticket as well as complete this form, this event will be catered and we need to have an actual count.  There may be a limited number of tickets at the door, however if sold out we will not offer tickets at the door.)
